Ok, so Friday night when we were officially on vacation, I did something I had not done in years.
I WENT TO HOOTERS!!! I know people feel a certain way about the food, ya either love it or hate it, but let me tell ya something the beer is cold, and those damn fried pickles hit every time. It was definitely not as packed as I thought it should have been, this was the Shepard/Greenbriar one.
The following day I headed to Miami for a mini getaway.
Made it just in time for a sunset cruise in the marina to see all the millionaire mansions. You probably won't believe me, I didn't believe it when it happened, I SAW PUFF DADDY ON HIS PIER WITH HIS SUN. I couldn't get a pick, the lighting was crap but I swear it happened. Eh eh eh eh.
I had such a fun time in Miami, I feel like my brown skin and love of tropical outfits help me fit right in. This pic was after a huge dinner at Joe's Stone Crab ...SOOOOO GOOD (and a little pricey tbh)
When I got back to Houston, it was time to say goodbye to two very good girls.
I traded in my Pamela Andersons for a sportier situation. I'm on the mend. Here are some pics of me taking it easy, eating ice cream by my pool, and painting by numbers after being deeply disturbed watching Baby Reindeer on Netflix.
